How much does it cost to list our property on FFE’s website?
It is free to list to your property and you only pay us for confirmed bookings.
We operate on a commission basis for all bookings, which have been referred by FFE, and this is at 10%. You only ever pay when we deliver a confirmed booking.
How do I apply to list my property on FFE?
If you are interested in listing your property with us, please do just let us know and we can work through our process to see if your property meets our family-friendly requirements.
Our properties have been parent-recommended and it is important for us to source properties that are safe, clean and practical.
Of course, we also want our families to feel special so our properties also have to be stylish and comfortable and offer all the useful gear for babies and young children. We also look for those facilities, which not only keep the kids happy but the adults too!
Our properties should be in good locations close to amenities such as local shops, restaurants and cafes.
How does the booking process work?
Our clients contact us with their enquiry for their chosen property, if they have not yet selected a property we will then help them choose a property which best suits their requirements.
We will then contact you for availability for the dates requested and confirm the rates and other important details which you want specified with the potential booking.
If the guests then wish to proceed and make a booking we then make the introduction to you for you to confirm the booking and take payment.
Our agreed commission is paid once the guest has made final payment and guests have travelled.
